AvenueAR Fulfillment Policy

At AvenueAR, we take pride in providing high-quality digital services, artist development tools, and AI-powered submissions. Our fulfillment process ensures that all products and services are delivered efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with the expectations of our users and partners.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All AvenueAR services, including submissions, credits, AI feedback, and professional reviews, are fulfilled digitally through our secure online platform. Once a purchase or subscription is completed, users immediately gain access to the respective digital products or services in their AvenueAR dashboard.

2. Order Processing Time

Most digital transactions are processed automatically within minutes of payment. If manual verification is required (for example, in the case of large-volume submissions or third-party service add-ons), fulfillment may take up to 24–48 hours.

3. Credits and Submissions

AvenueAR operates on a credit-based system. Purchased credits are automatically added to your account and can be used for song submissions, feedback sessions, and A&R opportunities. Once credits are used for a submission, that transaction is considered fulfilled.

4. Third-Party Partnerships

Some services may involve collaboration with third-party partners (such as record labels, publishers, or producers). While AvenueAR ensures these services are coordinated promptly, response times may vary depending on the partner’s internal schedule.

5. Refunds and Adjustments

Because AvenueAR provides instant-access digital goods and professional services, all sales are final once a transaction is processed. However, in the event of a technical issue, duplicate payment, or system error, users can contact our support team at support@avenuear.com for review and resolution.

6. Subscription Fulfillment

Subscriptions (such as StudioX Pro or A&R Plus) renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected. Access to features continues seamlessly unless canceled. Users can cancel at any time through their account settings, with service continuing until the end of the paid term.

7. Non-Delivery Circumstances

In rare cases of system outage, account suspension, or technical disruption, fulfillment may be temporarily delayed. AvenueAR will promptly communicate updates and restore services as quickly as possible.
