Born in Lafayette, IN and raised on the open road, I've always had a fire burning to achieve more than what my hometown had to offer. Early on, I discovered my passion for music and began honing my skills in a group called RBK. It wasn't long before we were opening for big-name acts like Too $hort. Following a stint with a local label that ended with me being outed and subsequently dropped, I made the decision to come out publicly and start a movement that celebrates individuality. Dubbed "F.A.G." (Fly A** Guys/Girls), I use my music to spread a message of positivity and inclusivity. After my engineer relocated to Atlanta, I took the leap of faith and made the move myself, with nothing but two bags and $400 to my name. Though I put music on hold for a while, I found a new passion in canvassing for the Human Rights Campaign and raising funds to lobby for the Equality Act. I had a setback when my older brother Feenie Roc passed away from skin cancer. He and I had planned to collaborate on a project, and his passing served as a reminder to me that life is too short to put your dreams on hold. Through networking and hard work, I was introduced to Lord Narf and eventually working closely with Awful Records. Though my style blurs genre lines and pushes boundaries with my gender-bending fashion choices, I am determined to make my mark on the industry and bridge the gap between straight and queer scenes. I've even co-organized a series of events with Red Bull, providing safe spaces for people of all walks of life to come together and enjoy good music. My experiences and struggles have served as inspiration for the 4 projects I currently have lined up for release. It hasn't been easy forging my own path, but I am determined to make my mark and represent for the LGBTQ+ community in the music industry. Though there are still those who are hesitant to promote my music due to my sexuality, I am proud of the work I've accomplished and the impact I've made.
